A restaurant of one table that used technology to offer an immersive, multi-sensory dining experience.
The facade feature numerous books stacks behind a glass wall. Restaurant guests are able to exchange a used book with an artist-signed original copy book. The used book will be kept and added to the facade, so it evolves overtime. Each book will donate one seed to be a future tree planted.
Every few months, artists will come to speak. A LCD tile art show will play in the center. The artist’s work will be displayed and visitors can learn more about the process, materials, elements, and stories behind the work at the same time.
The exclusive dining experience will feature 20 courses from the Three Michelin Stars Chef Paul Pairet. The food, taste, smell, and 360-screen projection will be updated and followed by the artist aesthetic who is performing at the restaurant. Each course comes with a story itself to create an ultimate taste, also creating a climate labeled menus to inspire and encourage restaurant guests to choose the more climate-friendly options.
