The Butterfly is designing for a short timeframe that is located at Jameson Ampitheater, Pasadena City College. This Pavilion is a great learning experience as a big group that require active and sustained collaboration between classmates and understand of the real world materials. Moreover, we selected the light weight materials that is convenience to transport such as lumbers and canvas .

 The concept of the pavilion base on an individual canvas panels to create a beautiful wall pieces. This allowed students collaborate with each other by divide each group to study, research, and design every parts of the Pavilion. Each student shall gather information on precedent projects that can be characterized along to the group parts and the individual design including with the information, comprised of the pictures, drawings, details, diagrams of sufficient and quality as to demonstrate the techniques by which the intended effect is achieved.

The Pavilion was supported by the four pieces of the walls that made from 1x1 frames covering by the wood gallaries frame with canvas to bring up the pieces of arts. 

On the roof part, we decided to use seven pieces of the 2x4 lumbers to carry the wood galleries' frame underneath. That experiments investigating variation of the structure, connections, and enclosure strategies.
